2. Description of Service

StackPass provides a digital business card platform that allows users to create, customise, and share professional contact information via Apple Wallet passes, QR codes, and personalised profile pages.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that is offensive, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems
• Use the Service to distribute spam or unsolicited communications

5. Subscription and Billing

StackPass offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with StackPass are owned by StackPass or its licensors. You retain ownership of the content you upload to your profile.

7. Limitation of Liability

StackPass is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, StackPass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
