When you create a StackPass account, we collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, job title, company name, phone number, and social media links. We also collect usage data such as profile views and link clicks.

Your profile information is publicly visible to anyone who visits your StackPass profile page or scans your QR code. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share data with service providers who help us operate the platform (e.g. hosting, payment processing).
When you generate an Apple Wallet pass, your name, title, and company are embedded in the pass. On the Pro plan, we use Apple Push Notifications to silently update saved passes when you change your profile details.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
